Bast & Co LLC ("Bast & Co," "we," "us") operates bastandco.com. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

 

Products and availability

Our sheet sets are cut and sewn to order. Delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. Colors may look different on different screens. Product images are for illustration; some images may be styled or digitally enhanced, and props, furniture and room settings are not included with your purchase.

 

Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock or production problem, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

 

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

 

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

 

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Bast & Co LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

 

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to harm others, to send spam or malicious code, or to interfere with the site's operation.

 

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Bast & Co LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

 

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the site applies.
